What should I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item, faulty item, or the carrier has misplaced my package(s)?
We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. We do not do refunds only exchanges for store credit.
Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.
So we can get this sorted for you, please send us a email with the following info:
1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number
2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
3 - Picture of the item if damaged
Don't worry - we will make it right for you! Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your claim and you will receive a status update. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
